To many packets when doing nothing

Ok, so whats the deal? I am getting a bunch of packets, when no one is using the internet on my computer. What is happning?

here is this, it shows the packets or whatever

And then, these are the main packets it is getting, I dont know what they are..
It use to not do this when no one used the internet. I think this is just my bittorent client, trying out difrent ports
(But it seems all my torrent ports are closed)

I totaly love this comunity, everyone is so helpful to the noobuntus

well, if you use bittorrent then all the other peers for a particular torrent will try to connect to you

I'm assuming you've paused any torrents (as you say "no one is using the internet")

Those other peers don't know you've paused your torrents, or closed your bittorrent client
they'll keep hitting you until such a time as you fall off the tracker listing

Yeah, I don't see anything abnormal there

multiple IP's attempting to connect to you on port 49807
You're responding to each connection with "I'm not here right now"

Trackers typically update the peer information every 30 mins or so
after the next update, you will be dropped from the peer list and the connections will stop
