Thread: Any computer-savvy people or programmers who can help me out?

I want this huge list of chinese characters - http://lingua.mtsu.edu/chinese-compu...tchangyong.php - reordered based on the number in the third column (higher numbers higher on the list, obviously) and then have the simplified characters converted to traditional. Can anyone help me with this?
I don't know if this would help, but the traditional characters are written alongside the simplified ones from that list on this wikipedia page http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Xiàndà...ng_Zìbiǎo
