Thread: Can't uploadWh

Whenever I try to upload anything to anywhere, my internet goes nuts, it doesn't do this on the laptop downstairs or the other desktop, just on my computer. When I say goes nuts, I mean it freezes up, so It takes about 5 minutes to load up google. The freezy-ness stays around for a variable length of time. Some times 5 minutes, some times 20. No matter what I do I can't make it stop, Re-connecting doesn't work, pulling out the adapter and sticking it back in doesn't work. Halp please

EDIT: My ping to a server in dallas during the issue is approximately 5000 (I used speedtest). I took the adapter out, and took it out put it back in, but it would not let me click on the network connection thing.
EDIT2: I restarted the computer and got it working again, I haven't tried to upload
