Thread: Gmail issues?

Hey, all. Just a quick question. Anyways, I logged on to my Gmail and noticed I didn't have the usual 20 E-mails, I actually had zero. This was March 3rd. I still have gotten 0 new E-mails since then. Both Dreamviews and Facebook, th e two websites I use all the time, are set to send me E-mails when I get a reply or a Facebook notification. I've gotten lots of activity in my subscriptions here on DV, and lots of notifications on FB, but not a single new E-mail. What could possibly he happening? I know my space isn't full.


EDIT: Woah, I figured out what happened. They all ended up in my spam folder. While my question was resolved, any tips to keep this from happening?

stuff like forum notifications can easily trigger spam filters, as it's lots of emails with similar content, usually with links in

add the senders email address to your contacts
this prevents emails from them being marked as spam

I believe you can also mark it as being not spam without adding them to your contacts, though.
