trouble with windows movie maker

I've been working on something in WMM for a while, and I finally finished it today. The file path is correct, all the source files are fine, the file size is fine, there's nothing wrong with it to my knowledge, but partway through saving to .wmv it gives me the "movie maker cannot save the file to the specified location" error. Any idea what else might cause this problem and what I can do about it? Any help is appreciated, I put a decent amount of time into this and was really looking forward to having my finished product.

Strange... Where are you trying to save it to? Make sure the folder you're saving it to isn't Read Only. Try saving it to a different place or something. Can you try saving it as a different file type too?

Well, it only saves as one file type (.wmv). I saved a much shorter viedo earlier to the same directory and it worked.
