      What to do after SP?

So, I've done relaxation stuff on and off for about four or five years. I've also dabbled in some hypnosis and meditation. Although I may not be any expert, I can get into SP fairly easily. Usually, I'll get into a fairly deep state of relaxation. Then, someone turns off the lights, or the AC turns off and my body does this crazy 'wooosh' and I'm suddenly in SP.

After that, I always thought that you could just imagine your dream-scene and it will appear, but it doesn't quite work. Sometimes I'll get the crazy vortex, or the flashy lights, but I can't seem to ever get into a dream.

I've only had two WILD's. Both of them, I had set intentions to do a WILD, but got distracted and half-fell asleep. Then I would sort of 'force' myself into a dream (much like forcing a dream to continue after landing in a pool of mud and everything goes black). I mean, I could keep doing that, but I really can't control whether I suddenly realize I'm falling asleep or not.

I know this may sound redundant, given the number of threads here but... any suggestions after SP?
