Maybe I was close, maybe I was bored...?

So last night I attempted a WILD. I lay in bed on my back and stayed still with my eyes closed. After 5 minutes or so, very vivid images began popping up. One was where I saw a road near some suburb, and it was like I was actually there, yet I felt myself in my bed and was fully conscious. There were no signs of SP, though. I'm trying again tonight, wish me luck!

It sounds like you may have entered a dream. I'll post a recent WILD I had for you to get a better understanding of what may have happened. I was laying in my bed going to sleep after not sleeping the night before. I was listening to music when suddenly I felt vibrations. Shortly I entered a dream. The problem was I could still feel my body and hear the music. I knew I needed to stabilize the dream. Although I decided to lick the ground. This did make the music stop and make me only feel my dream body. But it was so strange I woke up. Next time just stabilize your dream.
