You can have OBE or WILDs easily and quickly. Here's what I do. I prefer afternoon or early evening naps. I have found the greatest success with doing my practices in reclining arm chairs. I suggest you do the same. Its pretty much a four step process.

1) sit in a reclining chair and lay back
2) body scan relaxation tech. This involves me increasing physical relaxation by scanning my body from head to toe starting in my head and ending in my head. I continue to do this until I am so relaxed I notice myself distracted with random thoughts
3)Active Imagination. I begin my imagining to myself what it feels like to separate from my physical body or for noobs out there what it would feel like to do this. FYI try imagining yourself getting up or just imagine yourself moving without actually moving. I do this until I find myself looking at scenarios that I did not consciously imagine
4)Transition. This is actually the easy part. Once you see the unconsciously imagined scenarios you may find yourself in the scene or dream; or you could find it engulfing you. If you get excited and snap our of it relax and repeat all the steps.

It is worth noting that I have very rarely experienced sleep paralysis in the onset of a WILD. I don't often notice any others sensory signals that let me know I am transitioning. It is important to allow for your own unique experience with these techniques. know thy self! You alone are responsible for your own physical & emotional well-being and your decisions. Look not outside yourself for your own answers. I hope these words will guide you to your own way of achieving hi level lucid dreams AND out-of-body experiences. Happy trails my friends
