Thread: Can't even make it to SP. I need some help.

So after my 5th failed WILD attempt i decided to post this.

So the last 5 times i have tried to WILD i have not made it into SP. I get weird feelings and stuff but it just never happens. Plus my family members usually end up waking me up. But they usually cause enough noise after about 30 min.

So what am i doing wrong? How do i get into SP? I mean, i lay still, relax, and have some music playing low. But i never get to SP. I just get weird feelings.

So can someone help me out here? I really want to WILD.

Of all the wilds I've had, none of them had Sp involved. The few times i have induced SP, they got me too excited to do anything, and i ended up waking myself.But, If you're still 100% set on going through SP to do a WILD, then listen. SP is a natural process, if it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, then try a different attempt. After almost 3 1/2 years of Attempting LD's, I've only ever induced SP around 3 times (5 max). Just let it happen, and it eventually will. Don't make it happen, let it happen.

Then again, some people say SP is the best way to go...

Well the thing is, is that i didn't get an Hypnagogic Hallucinations. No nothing. Just some weird sensations.

What position are you staring out in? Try to fall asleep in a semi sitting, supine position. Prop up 3 or 4 pillows behind you and stretch your arms and legs out straight. Every single time I have gone into SP I am in that position. It never works on my side or stomach.
