      Am i doing it rite?

Ive been trying to WILD for a few times now, during day and when going to sleep. So i lay there and maybe change position a few times. When ive not moved my limbs for a while my heartbeat goes up and i feel something, though not related to any senses (like i was going in a bit more sleepy state?)

my arms become numb pretty quickly and a few times my toes started going as numb too...

So when i get the feeling that somethings happening and my heartbeat goes up a bit last time, i felt like i was not relaxed and was somehow twisting myself a few degrees around the center of my body (i was relaxed and knew it, this feeling didnt go away though)

Do i need to relax more or do i need to try keep more relaxed when i feel somethings happened? I tried to visualize stuff when something was happening and it made the feeling stronger but i cant focus on it for a very long time...

Also when you feel like somethings happening like that, how long does it take for it to become stronger usually?

Im not doing WBTB cuz im lazy and want to try to get to SP cuz i want to see pink mushrooms eating me alive. I know i propably wont get a ld that way. So do i need to just relax more? Im not counting, just listening to some sounds and visualizing me hugging meh dog (that kinda works) for like 30 mins and then switching position.

Oh and when i was laying on my bed trying to wild yesterday i got the something happening by imagining a strongish wave go from my foot to head and it made it start. If thats any help.

Edit: How important is it not to move your eyes? Because i keep them still for 20 secs and then after 10 secs im like Oh theyre moving, back to top of movement range u!
