So I think I'm beginning to understand the WILD technique..
Please verify or correct me if I'm wrong.
Basically for me when I regularly fall asleep, my eyes aren't focused (its more like looking at nothing and just go to sleep.. everyone knows what I'm talking about.. just going to sleep! lol). And the other option is to stay conscious. I can purposely stay conscious for as long as I want, it feels like I'm looking/focusing at the back of my eyelids. This is the mindset I have when meditating so I don't dose off.
Anyway, last night I realized I can sway between the "going to sleep mindset" and "staying conscious mindset." Anyone who experiences with this will know what I'm talking about (and most of you probably already do).
So to WILD, do you have to find the exact mindset in this median between these two mindsets? (the perfect balance of going to sleep and staying conscious)
