      SP transition into dream help?

Ok, so I've seen a few threads around dealing with WILD transition help, but I thought I'd post one dealing with my particular problem since I still haven't really found an answer. I have been practicing WILD for quite some time, and have yet to see any results.... Although I have hit sleep paralysis a few times. Sleep paralysis, for me, is a VERY loud buzzing sound in my head, rapid vibrations, and total body paralysis. This is my problem, however. Once I'm in SP, I can't get into a dream! Of all the times I've gotten into SP, it usually lasts 15 seconds at the least, usually longer, then it just dissipates. The paralysis goes away, the buzzing stops, the vibrations stop, and everything is like I just woke up. I do a few reality checks to see if it's not just a false awakening, but it always turns out I have just woken up. Am I doing anything wrong? I try to visualize a scene forming around me, try to utilize all the senses, and nothing happens. I try to just let it be, but nothing happens. Any advice? I'm at a loss

It's typical for the sensations to die off for a bit, as vibrations and the like tend to occur during N2 sleep.

If you want to take a look at a normalized WILD progression: http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/some-i...ession-125062/

The short of it is that you hit N2 sleep twice before transitioning into REM, with a period of deep N3 sleep in between. But really, you shouldn't be have issues like this if your focus is falling asleep and not tracking the progression of your WILD, or forcing a transition. The process takes care of itself, if you let it.

In other words, try not to think of a WILD as something you do, but something you allow to happen.

I have the exact same problem as the OP. I get into paralysis, and then it just fades away! Like omfg?!!?!?! I have no idea why it happens :\
