Hey, my name is sighingplant. I'm having trouble with WILD. I can get pass the body signals and shutting up the mind even though it comes back, but my main problem is letting go as soon as I start drifting or start seeing my dream happening I snap back to my bed. Because I'm afraid I'll astral project or see my fear in the dream. Btw I'm using binaural beats for relaxation and to go lucid. Thank you's in advance. |

I'm always happy.
Hey sighingplant, and welcome to DV! This is probably the best place for learning lucid dreaming on the internet! Are you fairly new to lucid dreaming? If you are maybe you should try an easier method, like DILD or even MILD. I'm not very good at WILD, but a great guide is found here! It is by KingYoshi, an awesome lucid dreamer. He has a couple guides that have helped me a lot as I was learning lucid dreaming! |
