Question How do i get lucid from SP?

So basically this morning was the first time I tried WILD. I woke up around 3 a.m., and layed still, trying to re-enter a dream. Around 5-10 minutes later i was in SP. Im sure i was too because i was stuck. I literally felt like a big rock. Then i got some HI or HH or somthing like that. I opened my eyes and saw myself floating about half a foot over my bed. I stayed calm and told myself when i land back down i'll be in a dream, right?

Wrong. I landed back on my bed and took some deep breaths, attempting to stand up. But i still couldn't move at all. I couldn't even close my eyes. I tried everything. Rolling out of my body, jumping out, sitting up, standing up, trying to climb the rope out of my body, but nothing. And there was a couple of times where i felt i got out, but i would just end up in my real body stuck in SP. Finally i got over it and just woke myself up.

Does anyone know any good tips for this? Or a similar experience?
      Any help would be appreciated..

Since this was your first success congratulations! It's unfortunate that it didn't go quite according to plan.

You ended up in a very unstable and uncooperative dream. Your awareness was bouncing back and forth between your real body and real body. All that effort you spent trying to roll and jump out of your body could have been counterproductive. Sometimes the harder you try the harder the dream rejects your try. Sometimes you just can't win.

What's important is you don't expect this to happen again during your next successful WILD. If you go into your next WILD expecting these same problems you will get these same problems. Controlling your expectations is very important. If these problems do occur again try giving control entirely to the dream. Don't try and force anything. Rather than trying to fight your way out of your real body ask the dream to pull you out. Fighting against what the dream is giving you is just fighting against yourself. Be cooperative.

Thanks for the advice. Ya, your right. Instead of working with my body i was probaly making it more unstable. I was just confused on what i need to do to help the transition happen, or maybe i dont have to do anything.

Oh well, another night another try.

      Try this:

Everysingle time i get into SP im able to go into a dream.

Try to ignore hallucinations and focus on a dream that you would like to have. Keep focusing on that dream and the vibrations will go away. Staying calm is important.

Once the virations go away, you should be dreaming. Get up, walk around and you should realize that you are dreaming.

You wont ever be able to directly go into the dream you focused about, but this method has always worked for me. I dont know if it will work for anyone else, but try it out!
