      Are you doing WBTB?
Are you staying still, laying on your back (you usually feel the sensations on your back)
      Are you relaxed?

A good method is to lay on your back for 20 mins then roll over and attempt on your side

I'm currently have 2 WILDs through yoshi's technique within 4 days so far. And yes, he does mention that you roll over every now and then, but he specifically stated to roll only when your body urges you to (I still roll over when I get the SP signals), then to focus on falling asleep with a slight consciousness for e.g I listen to my clock tick while I'm relaxed or you can pay attention to the blackness in your closed eyes. Eventually you will slip into SP and it doesn't really require alot of consciousness because you'll know you have it when you fall asleep. To simplify, focus on transistioning into sleeping (WBTB) and roll over when you get the signals and they should go away. It takes me probably around 1 hour to get into SP but it really depends how tired or awake you are. You don't want to be too awake which I ended up spending 3 hours on my first WILD attempt. Hope that helps and goodluck
