For all of you people trying to find an app with an auto stopping alarm the iPod already has one built in as well as the iPhone to here's how to access it go to calendar then create a new event then set the start time o the Time you want to wake up select alerts at the start of event save. Go to bed you're custom alarm should beep three times then stop don't move. You should be in sp free to lucid dream

There are also a number of free apps that enable you to play music,
thats what I'm using anyways.

there is also an app called "alarm clock sleep music" that has a 5 second or more auto snooze setting.
