      can wild alarm

      i am trying the can wild method and the alarm is waking me up but im moving should the alarm sound be specific like a soft melody? and what can i do to make sure that i dont move when the alarm sounds

      It can take afew attempts to get used to not moving when waking up, a good way to helping yourself remember is to repeat the mantra "I will stay still when I wake up" for about 15 mins in bed before you drift off.

      Thanks my alarm has not been waking me up the past few nights but now I know why. I think I will achieve lucidity tonight
