Last night I went to bed at 8:00 P.M.
Woke up at 2:30 A.M. (30 minutes to compensate actually going to sleep)
Got a small glass of water
Went to bed (3-5 minutes later)
Took around 80 or so breaths before SP
Once that happened my how body went completely numb, could feel anything.
I continued to try to go to sleep but I just couldn't, I wasn't moving or anything.
about 10 after complete SP, I forced myself to do a RC (Nose & Fingers), sadly I was awake the whole time.
Am I doing a step wrong? Is it just a one off thing or should I try a different technique.
