    Thread: SP yet can't go to sleep

      The errors in your understanding are numerous:

      1) SP is not a part of WILD and is not required
      2) You did not experience anything close to SP
      3) You also didn't experience anything close to hypnagogia either (the transition from wake to sleep). You were 100% awake the whole time, as you already suspected.

      Your error was using a crappy WILD guide.

      Not a clue, should I refer to the one in your sig?

      Yep, it's the best one. Also read the SP sticky at the top of the WILD forum.

      Wow I have to agree. I was coming to the same conclusion this week. I simply was not sleepy/comfortable. I had to put more emphasis on sleep than doing the WILD. I read that guys thread last month too but I forgot about it since i read like 10 other guides after his.

      Will try his/your method again tomorrow morning.
