      Did I do it?

So I decided after WBTB that I would try FILD because ive seen good results with it. When I felt I was close to sleeping I started moving my fingers up and down very slightly. After about 30 or 40 seconds, I felt my fingers moving a lot more than I remember moving them to the point where I could just think to move them and they did with lots of movement almost jumping. It was not the placebo effect, they were actually "jumping" without any effort. And I was very tired just moments ago. I preformed a nose rc but it worked so I was a bit confused. Either I failed the FILD or failed the nose RC. In the end I just fell asleep because I thought I was truly awake, but now that I think about it, it might've been a false awakening. What do you guys think?

      Hey there,

Its possible it was a dream, but at the same time, as the body falls asleep its not unusual to have various strange sensations, ranging from numbness to vibrations to the feeling that one's limbs, feet, and hands are lying in strange positions. So its hard to tell. There's a strange transition period between waking, sleeping, and dreaming. From the sound of it, you were definately there at least
