      Problems in the wild

I Yesterday I tried to get lucid dreaming by wild and after about a few minutes I started to feel that someone is sitting on my chest like that kind of pressure on the chest began to feel my muscles already fall asleep but my body started to resist all the time and muscles began to move on their own, I tried to resist but could not unfortunately, continued yet but every time my muscles started to fall asleep my body started to move I wanted to ask what to do how can you resist these moves and do you think I'm close to paralysis sleep?
      sorry for my english

What kind of movement is it? Is this like a twitch, or gradual drifting?

      In that case...

When most of your muscles start to drift on their own, find out if you can make them drift below the level of your bed, or into another area that is normally unreachable in whatever position you sleep in. If it works, you are in the first stages of an OBE exit into a dream. Then (while staying as relaxed as possible) try using your now dream arms to displace your dream legs our your dream head into a totally different position than your real body. From there, you can either create a new dream scene, or emerge into your dream bedroom.

      Hopefully that made sense.
