Hey, i would like some advice
so i am a beginner and i only had 1 lucid dream -by accident (not very vivid)
I am doing some rc's almost every hour, but it's been only 1-2 days so i wasn't expecting miracles (=trying Dild/Mild)
an hour ago i was wondering if could try some WILD technique, so after reading the article a lot of times a lied on my bed and started the process (take a nap)
my "problem" after I fully relaxed i felt some shaking in my body, my heart beat went up and i was waiting to get in a dream
but it wasn't coming, i waited and the same thing again happened: a lot of shaking and high heart beat (don't know if it was real or in my mind)
my question is:
that's normal right?
i think i didn't have a dream cause i didn't have one but should i stick to it and try it in 10-12 hours? (after 5-6 hours of sleep)
or forget all about WILD and "practise" only daily rc's and hopefully i will get my lucid through MILD?
