When I wild or generally when I fall asleep have two different "point of view" one Is when I look at the black of my eyes and require me a bit of concentration the other "point of view" is like I watch from back and my attention isn't on nothing and in this point of view I fall asleep. Is like when you normally fall asleep and when you focus on your closed eyelids you use different concentration when I wild I use the first point of view concentrating on the eyelids and I don't fall asleep even If I'm very tired after waking up the morning or after 5-6 hours(in fact I slowly wake up myself and I become less and less tired until I'm bored to trying and I go to sleep nornally) and I see clearly the phospens until they dissappear. After I read the guides where Is explained that the important thing is to fall asleep I tried the second point of view when I normally Fall asleep but unless everything I do trying to be aware(pain anchor, counting, repeat a mantra) I fall asleep even in the afternoon when I'm not tired. Do you pay attention at this different point of view? |
