So I've only successfully done a wild twice and that was because I woke up in sleep paralysis and went from there and it went pretty fast maybe 5 min and I was in a dream. The problem is when I try to do it normally I get really paranoid. I was so bad I would only do it at like 7:30 on weekends so there was some light in my room. I would go for like 30 min but I never would reach sleep paralysis. I could feel my body go numb but I can move if I wanted to. And whenever I hear I noise in my room I open my eyes because like I said I'm paranoid. I think it would be best if I do it after a wbtb because it wouldn't take so long but how do I get over the fear of doing it in the dark? Thanks in advance and sorry if I sound like a baby
