Not for five hours straight if I remember correctly, our body wakes up naturally after every sleep phase. You could probably DEILD all night. You'll definately need some awesome dream recall unless you get up every now and then and write it down. |

Hey guys. I've been thinking at something and actually tried but I was unsuccesfully. So the thing is that, assuming I'll somehow succeed to enter a lucid dream in evening (when I go to bed) would be posibbly to spin it all night long and also keep the track of the time? |

if you can read this then you are about to be punched
We have about 2 hrs REM sleep a night. Theres maybe a bit of overlap with NREM stages, as there is a transition rather than a straight change from REM to NREM. |
