ok so you know how if you miss out on REM sleep the night before, after like 9 hours or something you go straight into REM, hence making it easy to WILD. Well does a similar thing happen if you stay up too late? so, example: i got a normal nights sleep last night, and i usually go to bed around 11ish and it's now 12:33, if i go to bed now could i try and go straight into a wild? I know your supposed to wbtb after like 4 hours or something so say for example if i went to bed at 3am, could i WILD straight into it? or does it not work like that? |
