      question for experienced WILDers

Do you use the same exact technique every single time you attempt WILD? OR do you do alternate techniques based on situation?

I ask this because I constantly find myself cycling between two methods depending on how sleepy i am, and how well the current method is getting through phases.

      Hey Akono

I use the same technique. The method in the "How to trick your body into falling asleep" thread is the only approach to WILD I've ever taken and have ever needed to take.

I use the same technique each time I intentionally WILD. Although, I don't know if letting yourself fall asleep counts as a technique. 'Cause that's really all I do. I'm too lazy to try anything more complex. x.X
