2 failed wilds 2 sleepless nights help

ok the first night was bad, i used my cell phone as an alarm to wake me up after i fell asleep, yet i forgot that the ringer on my cell phone is the godfather theme...this go tme thinking about my italian haritage long story short i somehow ended up on my computer googleing my family at 6 am

last night i used an alarm on my i phone to wake me up at 4:35 (i fell asleep at 2:15) this seemed to work, i closed my eyes focusing on dreaming and some how this one really anoying person got stuck in my dream, i tried so hard to get him out of my dream i forgot i was dreaming in the first place, then i woke up with a sweat and a pannic attack.

So how should i be trying to wild what do i need to change?

4.30am is a great time for a WILD, provided you go to sleep at a decent time.
Like say 11pm. If you hit the sack at 2.15 and woke at 4.35 your still in the early stages of your sleep cycle.

yea like moonshine said, it's recomended that you get about 4.5 hours sleep before you try wild. but did you get into a dream? if so i think you might need to go check out the dream control forums, that might be your problem, if you wanted to get rid of the annoying dude in your dream. i heard that if you concentrate on stuff in your dream then it'll be there. so if your concentrating on the dude not leaving your dream, he probably wont leave. but if you forget about him, concentrate on him not being there you might have a bit more luck!
      Total LD's = 6 and counting! lol
