      Few quick WILD questions

I have been trying to wild. I wake up around three and a half hours then go to the bathroom. I can lay perfectly still and have no problem with that but i always feel the need to swallow and i cant help but do it. any ideas or suggestions? UPDATE: I just tried WILDing again and it was going good. I felt a thick rush of power develop over me. I was starting to see a background or at least i thought i was then all of the sudden my eyes start flickering wildly. like spasming really bad. any ideas on wht caused this?

Go ahead and swallow it's ok, I promise

This expands on that more (sorry for the shamless self plug)

It's a slightly different approach to WILDing that you may have not seen before...

Thanks. I haven't ever used the WILD technique and i cant manage to do it. I cant even get the vibrations. I only slept 3 hours last night but i still cant manage to even sleep, let alone lucid dream for some reason. is it possible that because i stay up till 6 am and sleep till usually 1 pm affecting me? i havent even reach the vibration stage yet. I know what they feel like becuase i remember them from years back when i would be laying t night and all of the sudden it felt like my bed was vibrating. made me think of the exorcist i would move and it would stop, but would come back again in a short period of time.
