      Still can't get into SP

      Still can't my 5th day of trying WILD i have been trying DILD for a month then i joined the forum to learn WILD and can't get into SP i am ignoring all itches and not moving i think i am comfortable. My friend got into SP his first try!

      It takes time and paintence.

      Just keep trying at it and sooner or later you'll get it.

      Try counting your breaths. Breathe in, breathe out, 1. Breathe in, breathe out, 2. etc etc...

      Try counting to one hundred then counting back down.

      i tried breath counting no success i just don't get why my friend got it his first try. but i sit there NO MOVEMENTS and play music and my head for 20 Minutes then quit listening to music (still not moving) and start counting my breaths starting over when i reach to 100 i did that for like an hour nothing i will try spinning method later.
