Arrow strong urge to swallow.. help

ok sorry if this is common or whatever, its about 1:25am here

achieving to the WILD phase has been pretty easy lately, but i have been having trouble with swallowing.

during the process of getting to WILD, i swallow, like its no big deal, maybe itch a little, but once i start feeling the extreme numbing bodily weird as hell sensations, i get into that limbo state of half wake- half dreaming.

then i have that really strong urge to swallow and its like unbearable. i swallow anyway hoping it will be my last and not messing it all up, but the feeling of the darkness and limbo starts to fade back into real world. i dont wanna be in the real world, i wanna be in the dream world!

i do a reality check btw once i fail so that i know i didnt enter dream w/out knowing.

can anyone help? maybe i just need to try to put out a few more seconds but there must be an easier way.
      thanks

I have the same problem. The urge to swallow is almost always to great and I pretty much always cave in to it. However, unlike yourself, it doesn't seem to affect my WILD. Dunno man... I guess you could keep trying to ignore the sensation. Maybe practice some techniques to help you keep your mind off it.

perhaps you should try practicing during the day, i.e. don't swallow unless you absolutely must. i'd imagine it'd become easier after a while

I haven't got it to work myself, but some people claim that propping their head up ito a particular position with pillows works or some people claim that using no pillow at all helps. I also heard of someone putting a pillow under their back. Perhaps you could experiment with some of these ideas.

I think the problem here is the fact that you're fretting over it. Just swallow, and don't think about it. You shouldn't even be trying to fight it.

Just take it easy and see how it goes.
