      Low-Level WILD to High-Level WILD

      Hi

I had about 10 WILDs in a row this morning. They all happened like this:

I wake up. I imagine a dream scenery, and then I shift to that scenery. After 10 seconds I wake up and it happends again.

Itīs so easy for me to enter an LD when Iīm sleeping very lightly. But the prob is that these LDs are very low level. They end very very easily and they are not very vivid.
I tried to stabilize many times, but it doesnīt help much.

How could I make these WILDs long and vivid?

I'm sort of having a similar problem. Not with WILDs (haven't been having those lately), but with DILD. Basically if I even consider the fact that I'm dreaming, I will realize that I am -- no reality checks are ever necessary to confirm it. Problem is before I even become fully conscious/able to control myself to stabilize, the dream is pretty much gone :/ Sometimes it's like an overwhelming fatigue that brings me out of the dream and into regular sleep.
Not sure what to do.. maybe further improving dream recall or taking some moderate supplements might help our dreams' vividness.

Just keep trying and don't worry about those, I used to have similar problem, just see it as a success even if a dream lasts 10 seconds, eventually you'll start to have longer LD's.
