So the last few nights Ive been trying to WILD, or WBTB, and to no avail. (although I dont know if I remember, but I heard you can remember WILDS vividly, any truth to this?) I go to sleep 11, 11:30 sometimes, and set my alarm to around 4 am. Every morning, I wake up, turn it off, and think, ok, time to lay still and try to wild. And Im out . I fall asleep way before I can even really think about it. Any tips? Should I get up for a while and try a WBTB? Whats the best way to do this? Better yet, are there any Ipod apps that I could use to assist me? I just got one, and Im using it as my alarm.
