So during a nap today I tried to WILD. The process of which, I'm still not entirely sure of, but whatever.
My method was to count breaths at least until I got the stage where I got intense HI.
I got to a point where my two hands were completely numb, which was uncomfortable, but I started getting waves of HI that would come and go. they tended to be decently strong HI, one getting to the point of actually giving me a spinning sensation for about a second. But then the HI would disappear and I wouldn't feel as "deep" as I had been before. but after a few counts and a few minutes I would get back to that point and it would start over, but I never ended up actually going to sleep.
So based on that, was I close to a transition point? Also, within that can you identify anything I'm doing wrong?
