      Binaurel Beats, and WILD

      I'm just wondering If I could use the Lucid Dreaming iDoser Binaurel Beat while I'm attempting to go into SP.?
      Would it help?

      Debateable. Depends on who you ask. While I've never experienced any measureable amount of success with I-Doser, I'm sure there are plenty who have seeing as it is a popular program amongst lucid dreamers and astral projection enthusiasts alike.
