      How to WILD (or not)

DON'T do it in bed, you'll fall asleep. ALWAYS do it in bed, you'll relax better. Do it on your back - you won't fall asleep. Do it on your side - your normal sleeping position. Exaggerate your breathing. Breathe normally. Focus on your forehead. Focus on your throat. IGNORE early hypnagogic images. FOCUS on early hypnagogic images. Take a PASSIVE interest in hypnagogic images. GRAB hypnagogic images. DON'T move a muscle when you WILD. Roll over after ten minutes. Go back to sleep and try later. Abort this attempt and have another go now. Let the dream come to you. Step into the dream. DON'T move a muscle. Step out of your body.

      Hope that clears everything up

:-)))))))) Yes well said! I feel the same. But all these contradictions also tell that achieving WILD is a unique experience for everyone and we should stick to ours firstly. Just can't figure out how at the moment though.

Yes, it's very frustrating, but fortunately, equally fascinating.
