first real SP - need help to go further!

      hi,

I havent been around in soooo long since I stopped LD a few weeks ago (needed a break).
Today I came home from work and felt extremely tired (had some sleeping problems during the last few days). I thought IŽll try to WILD. So I went to bed with music, because I learned it helps me not to just fall alseep.
After about 45 min. with music I already thought it wont work (I had slept a few minutes and the music woke me up again).
I turned off the music but stayed in bed, focusing on my body.
And then I had the most intense SP IŽve ever experienced!
I couldnt move, had flashes through my body, felt vibrations, I had extreme auditory hallucinations! I heard at least 10 different voices talking to each other. If I didnt know this is normal I would have seriously freaked out!

I also had some lucid dream states! I "woke" up in my bed, and I knew it was a dream. Everything was exactly the same as in real life, but I knew it was a dream because of the noises I still heard.
but everytime I (the dream me) wanted to get out of the bed, I really woke up. Did I also move in real life and that made me wake up?
How can I go further from this point?
Should I have waited longer before getting up in my dream state?
Or is it maybe even better just to float up to the ceiling without moving at all?

IŽm so sad I couldnt go further today! But I wanna try it again as fast as possible, and then next time be prepared better!

Thanks for any advice you can give me!

I'm no expert, but maybe instead of getting up immediately, shout 'CLARITY NOW!' to get yourself into a deeper dreamstate. If you demand of your mind to stay in a dreamstate, then you WILL. You must BELIEVE.

Rolling or feeling my way out of bed has always worked best for me from SP.

For rolling I'll try to roll and of course at first you can't, but I'll just keep on trying until it breaks and I roll out of bed (maybe not the best idea if your mattress isn't on the floor).

The other way which I do more is just try to move my arm and imagine feeling the wall next to me. I then feel my way to my bedroom door and then before I know I I'm in a dream in my living room. I didn't really think about getting up, but the whole thought of feeling my way to the door brought me more into the dream without thinking about the rest of my body and its state of paralisys.
