      Smile taylor WILDing Technique

ok so lately I started playing tetris on facebook and I have become completely obsessed with it... idk, it's fun. Anyway, I have noticed that when I play it at night and go to bed soon afterward something interesting happens...
I will close my eyes for a little bit trying to sleep, and within a couple minutes, I start seeing shapes falling, and I am trying to rotate them to fit into the other shapes, and it is so clear! I don't even have to do this when im trying to sleep! I will be watching TV after playing tetris and suddenly see this happening and I will be so focused on trying to make the pieces fit. So what I am thinking is that maybe this could help to induce a WILD. If you focused on it until things became really clear maybe you could enter an LD!?!?! Maybe this will work for other games as well, if you don't like tetris. I used to be kinda obsessed with the Sims 2 so during the summer when I had nothing to do, I would play the sims 2 for like 5 hours during the day and then when I turned the computer off, and walked around, did chores, stuff, whatever, I would feel as if I was still in the game! Like I had to right click myself, press "make a sandwich" in order to make a sandwich! However, I only play tetris for about a half an hour non-stop, and I see things way more clearly... maybe that's just because of the simplicity of the game? Idk. Maybe no one else has experienced this kind of thing and i'm just weird, but I just thought I would share in case anyone likes this idea and maybe wanted to try it out

when i play to many video games and go to sleep i see the images appear in my head, maybe actually trying to enter those images and playing the game could be useful i guess because the visual part is already there for u and is familar

Yes, this is how i get lucid being a late night gammer, I end up playing games like diablo 2 or real time strats ( my dorky side w/e lol) and then fall into the gamming world as I dream and I end up being lucid becuase of the game world. Or i get 2-3 hours of sleep wake up and play for 60 mins back to bed and I get a lucid.

About a year ago I had an idea of utilizing the Tetris effect to jump right into an LD. What it essentially does is puts your brain into an ideal state for visualization through repeat exposure of patterns of the same object, enhancing the effect you get with visualization techniques. Not only can you easily visualize a specific object using the Tetris effect, you can also easily visualize it's behavior.

From what I can gather, my recommendation is to use it in conjunction with techniques that require visualization. I will be trying this.

This effect SOOO happened to me after I played a game called "Lego Racers" for like, four hours. I could easily race the cars by staring into midair and tapping my fingers!

      Lol

      This is a good idea.
