      Sleep Paralysis

When you go into SP, and you feel the first clue (vibrations, huge numbness wave etc.), how long does it take for you to start hallucinating? Like the auditory and visual stuff?

Transition to full paralysis lasts about 20 secs and hallucinations start right after that. I mostly hear people talking and kinda "sense" them standing around like if there was a cocktail party in my bedroom.

Ok, 20 seconds. I don't think I waited that long this morning. Thanks for the heads up! I will try to keep that in mind!

I don't have SP when I WILD, but I still experience HI. You should just experiemtn to see how long it takes for you to go through the phases, since the specific timing can be vastly different between people.
Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.
