Its because your doing it before you go to bed, which wont work. You should have around 6 hours of sleep before trying to wild or try to wild during a mid-day nap. |

Alright, I've been trying the WILD technique for two weeks now without much sucess. I don't really know what I'm doing wrong, I usually relax before going to bed, by reading or listening to some light music afterwhich I close off the lights. I wait for a few minutes before attempting to stay immobile. I slow down my breathing, and think of Lucid Dreaming. Thing is, I never fall asleep or feel sleep paralysis. I read that I have to supress any movements in order to trick my brain into believing the body is asleep, but so far I have gone for about an hour of staying motionless. |

You spend 1/3 of your life asleep, so why waste it?
