      first SP

The other night I had my first SP experience out of nowhere. I woke up from an old hag holding me down nightmare and went right into SP at around 3AM, luckily I knew what was happening. I think what happened was that a loud noise woke me up at just the right time and just enough, the wind was very strong and making a lot of noise. I heard whispers and music around me, what sounded like John Lennon's voice, and I was visualizing and hallucinating. I had the vibrating sensations and even thought that It was making me hit my head against the wall. It began to creep me out, and I was worried that I would put myself right back into a nightmare like the one I had partially woken up from, so I woke myself up. Sucks because it was the perfect opportunity and I got too scared.

So my question is, is it possible to induce nightmares by WILDing? and are there any ways to stop yourself from letting the sounds and sensations of SP get to you?

Well when you WILD remember to tell yourself ''this is a dream" and if your lucid in a dream it is easy to end a nightmare. Remember you are invincible in dreams.
