Today I tried my first "WILD". I used King Yoshis Method.. with no degree of success. I read a book for 10 minutes, did the flex technique, and tried to go into SP... The first "stage" of going into SP went relatively well, I lied in a supine possition with my eyes closed, and I kept my mind relatively clear but not blank. I felt a tingly sensation creeping up my arms and legs, but when I percieved it to be 7 minutes in, I position switched. The tingly feeling went away, and crept back, but not nearly as much as the first time. I position switched in another 10 minutes, and the tingly feeling didn't come back at all. Was this tingly feeling sleep paralysis, and should I have just let it keep coming, or was it just me relaxing? Are there any other "easy" methods like king yoshis method?
