OK, Today I decided it was time to try another wild. I ate a turkey sandwhich with a glass of apple juice.I lied down in a reversed position on my bed (To show my mind I mean buisiness), and counted my breaths like it says in Billy Bobs guide... I would keep getting to 200 or so, then I'd say 223, 24, 25, and start back over again. I got to 200 about 3 times (I would guess)... then I was just like "SCREW THIS, THIS ISN'T WORKING" so I tried clarities alphabet technique. I started with things, then guys names, then girls names, then things again, and I got impatient. I clenched my teeth in my mouth to see if I could still move, and it felt like I was... breaking through a barrier. I then was like "OK Im not in sp" I reality checked. Failed it. and for good measure, tried to make the wall erupt into flames. That failed too. Some interesting things I percieved: I had a tendency to sing in my head during billy bobs method. I sang "23 IM DREAMING.... JUST BEAT IT." at one point. I had some "Flashes" of different colors, almost like I had reversed blinked. Finally, when I stood up, the hair on my arms was standing straight up. My question is, should I have just kept on keepin on? Did I break through SP? Or am I just crazy and Impatient? |
