Ok so this is what I do

I sleep for 5 hours, stay up for around 20 mins, try go back to sleep using KingYoshi's WILD method though i've tried a lot, I am clam and laying on my back then switching after 10 mins like it says, After about 2 HOURS of trying I fall asleep without even SP and I never rolled over for the uncomfortable "Test"

What am I doing wrong?
