      Wink NewTech/orVariationOf Wild maybe

I am not trying to make-up a new technique. If it is a new tech. or vartion then sweet! But if it is not then please tell me so. I just want to share a new idea of mine.

Ok, one day I woke up earlier than normal so I when to sleep again. The next time I woke up my head felt more "clear", so to say, and my body more relaxed. Its not like sleeping for 5 or 6 hours first where I still have plenty thoughts in my mind.

Ok my idea is starts like this. Go to sleep while telling yourself that you are going to wake up after your next dream. Once you wake up your head should feel more relaxed along with your body. There maybe thoughts still going through your head so just let them go. don't try to calm you head down.

Then do it again. Go to sleep while you are telling yourself that you will wake up after your next dream. So now that you have woken up the second time you should be feeling even more relaxed and your head too.

      repeat if neccassary.

So after the second time or third time you wake up don't move. Your body and head should be feeling calm enough where you don't have to force your mind to be "quiet". It should be easy and more "natural" to keep yourself relaxed and focused for a WILD.

again, I just want to share an idea of mine. If there is already a variation or technique like this please let me know.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
