So as most people should know, it stinks when you have to stay awake for 20+ minutes just to get the dream, right? Well, it's no different for me.

I would like to know how I can catch the slip from being awake, into falling asleep. By that I mean; I would like to know some ways to try and catch the transition, be fully conscious of it, and then let it take me into a dream.

Also, if anybody has a good anchor or two, please tell me what it is!
