      I have no idea

I tried to wild. And im pretty good now with practice and getting relaxed. But as soon as I do stuff starts happening. I have no idea if its the wild starting or if its me thinking. But random idea like movie images will pop up. I dont know if its my mind thinking or if its the wild process. But then a random scenery type image popped up and I felt like that was a wild image and i tried to hang on to it and it vanished. I dont even pay any mind to sleep paralysis, I dont even know if it happens

Also when you have you eyes closed is it better when having a fixed view, is it better to try and view the space as a whole or in the middle?

oh and also can anyone explain (if youve been to the crossroads site) what they mean by trying to trick your brain into thinking the images are 3d?

      Hey chris,

I love WILDing, because of the relaxation, although I have never finished WILD into a lucid dream. However, I have experienced the same as what you wrote, and I think it is part of the WILD. It may be the HH, which it most probably is, or it may be the actual dream. Next time it happens, try accepting and proppeling yourself into the scene that comes up.

      Hope this helped,
