Hello

This morning I set my alarm for 10 minute intervals. After the first alarm went off I turned off the cellphone and tried to WILD. This is the progression of events in chronological order from there. I started feeling the shallow breaths of SP, then my brain paniced and wants to take a deep breath very badly. Next, I did not see any HI. my cell phone alarm went off again. I turned it off and went back to sleep. When I turned it off, everything was black. I did not open my eyes because I had the cell phone in my hand. But then I woke up again and I realized it had been an FA because my cell phone was off.. So it was successful but then I tried to WILD again and I just cannot get through this SP.

How do I not panic when my breathing becomes shallow and it feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen?
