hello

today while trying to WILD i overcame the breathing thing and then i felt my dream arms start to rise above my head. i had control over what direciton they would move in, and they moved very very slowly, but i had control. then all of a sudden everything stopped. i had no HI or anything. what should i have done correctly? btw this was about 20 minutes into the induction
