      Falling asleep during WILD rrrg

      I fall alseep while trying to WILD...I sleep in a loft bed so I'm too lazy to get up :s ..... I'm also afraid to get up cause I'll mess my wild up... What should I do?

      Failed WILD

      Hey, im new to WILDing and I tryed it 3-4 times... It stops me right when my chest gets heavy, it scares the shit out of me and then I start gulping for air... Any tips?

      Hi. I just had my first WILD after a lot of trying but I do have some tips. First are you trying this before bed. if so don't it only works well for naps during 3-4 pm is what I find best and after sleeping at night. What I did was visualize a dream scene before the SP hit so when it did i would be able to go there. As soon as SP started I went to that dream world and didn't feel any of the effects of the SP.

      No I do this after 5 hours of sleep...

      Well if this is your first attempt at lucid dreaming then i think you should save WILD for later. For beginners, i recommend the DILD technique(<- Click) because it requires alot less work and is more likely to succeed faster than with trying WILD at first.

      Trust me with this one. You dont know how many people come in here trying to lucid dream, only try WILD, fail 5 times, then give up and leave. It saddens me when people give up so easily, and its simply because they choose to do an advanced method for their first attempts.

      For the DILD, make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night and make sure to always journal down your dreams otherwise you will not even remember your dreams! And what is the use of a really cool lucid dream if you cant even remember it?

      Maybe you should try the FILD technique(<-its a link). It will help you focus to stay awake while you are WILDing.

      Ive never personally used FILD but alot of people report success from it. Tell us how it works for you!

      You may want to work on a DILD. If you're good at recognizing the end of your dreams, then you can try for a DEILD. They don't require a true WBTB. Is there a specific reason to why you think you should work on a WILD when you're "too lazy to get up"?

      I got up this time to use the restroom last night and drank juice and I got to hipnogogic imagery but then I heard voices and I freaked out O_o I didn't mean too lazy I mean after just waking up
